Plagiarism Policy
Upon submission of a manuscript in any of the Update Publishing House journals, the editor will do a plagiarism screening with the help of professional plagiarism software. If the percentage is high, the article will be rejected/returned to author for rewriting.
At Update Publishing House, all our journals are dedicated to publishing only original materials from authors. Articles should be original works and that neither has been published elsewhere, nor is under review elsewhere in any other Journal/Conference Proceedings or Books or Online reference materials.
During the submission, the authors should declare that, the article is not under consideration in any other journals.
In case of detecting plagiarism even if post publishing, immediate action will be taken, which will include and not limited to the following:
- Retraction of paper in question, from online system, review, and from all other processing.
- Black listing of concerned author(s) in question.
- Rejection of all other manuscripts submitted by the author(s) in question.
- Reporting of the issue to the concerned authorities, including the authors' institution.
Note: Update Publishin encourages the submission of original articles by authors. Acts of plagiarism will not be condoled by the journals. Submitted work if discovered to be plagiarized will be withdrawn from the journal's website and legal action may be taken against such author if deemed necessary.
