Aims & Scope
JOSAC is the official publication of the Indian Society for Spices. It is an international journal devoted to the advancement of spices, aromatic and related crops. It is an open-access journal published twice a year during June and December.
- The journal publishes reviews, research articles and research notes on all aspects of spices, aromatic and allied crops.
- The journal has been rated in the highest class in punctuality and quality by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi.
- All manuscripts are subjected to peer review. The Editorial Committee is housed at ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode, Kerala and is supported by the Advisory Committee with scientists of international and national repute.
- The contribution to the journal, except in the case of invited articles, is open to all the members of the society.
We invite all research and development workers on spice and aromatic crops to use the journal as a media for dissemination for their research findings.
